EQD Pricer

• Price and structure equity linked, mutual fund linked, and hybrid solutions, including bespoke and complex trades.
• Partner with Sales to develop and deliver client solutions; support pitches and client meetings as a technical expert.
• Negotiate pricing assumptions and parameters with Trading.
• Drive product innovation and contribute to regional product strategy.\
• Ensure pricing accuracy, consistency, and adherence to governance standards.
• Mentor junior pricers and oversee quality of pricing outputs.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Trading, Research, Technology, Risk, and Middle Office.

This is an in-scope position under the MRC Scheme. As per the Guidelines on the Mandatory Reference Checking (MRC) Scheme issued by HKAB, which have been endorsed by the HKMA, Authorized Institutions that are hiring staff for Relevant Positions need to obtain specific references from past employers for whom you have worked during the preceding seven years.

• Strong background in equity derivatives pricing and structured products.
• Ability to promote innovation and drive business transformation projects.
• Excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder and negotiation skills.
• Ability to explain complex structures clearly to internal and external audiences.
• Proven years of experience in EQD Pricing / Structuring / SPS.

Department Description

Responsible for pricing and structuring equity linked and hybrid products for Institutional clients in APAC. Acts as a key technical partner to EQD Sales and Trading, driving product innovation and supporting complex client transactions.
