Software Engineer - Phyton developer
Responsibilities
DUTIES:
· Understand and contribute to define solutions to satisfy the requirements, requests, and needs of Data Management & Analytics Team
· Support the design of data solutions, defining effort, costs, governance and compliance with Data Management Policy and Privacy regulation
· Support to define, develop, test and release ETLs, Data Integration, jobs and procedures of data updates of the local DWH and Datamarts
· Document all new developments or changes, making the documentation available in the defined repository
· Interfacing and collaborating with various stakeholders and suppliers
· Ensure development cycle complies with project phases, and all stakeholders are updated
· Collaborate with other Depts to ensure information accessibility and data quality
· Contribute to the analysis of business processes that generate data acquisition, identifying any critical issues and areas for improvement
Promptly report any actual or potential data risks, such as breaches, quality impacts, loss of relevant info, data viz displaying misleading info etc.
KEY SKILL AREAS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
Microsoft Azure Data platform with
Good understanding of ETL Processes and data warehousing concepts.
Good hands-on Databricks, Data Factory, Pyspark, MS SQL and ADLS (Gen-2).
Design Patterns, Design Principles and Functional Patterns .
Knowledge on Developing scalable and reusable frameworks for ingesting and enhancing datasets.
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve the issues in timebound manner.
Ensure data quality and accuracy through testing and validation.
Good to have:- Experience on Azure DevOps, understanding of build and release pipeline will be added advantage.
Experience on Power BI will be added advantage.
