Responsibilities

Shift timings:                   9.00 am to 6.00 pm (India)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and close audit observations within defined timelines
  • Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to labour laws
  • Handle labour inspections and coordinate with regulatory authorities
  • Track and follow up on weekly/monthly KPIs with business teams
  • Address employee grievances and drive employee well-being initiatives
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations (documentation, processes, HR support)
  • Act as primary HR contact for all employee and business queries
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure service delivery
  • Represent HR in management reviews and governance forums
  • Handle legal matters, including representing the organization in court when required

Job Summary-

The role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations at the location, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and addressing audit requirements. It involves handling employee relations, grievance management, and well-being initiatives while acting as the primary HR point of contact. The position also requires managing labour inspections, vendor coordination, KPI tracking, and representing HR in management reviews and legal matters, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and strong employee engagement.
