Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.
  • Conduct detailed gap analysis and feasibility studies to support solution design.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for IT and development teams.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to elicit requirements and communicate project progress.
  • Work closely with project managers, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
  • Assist in the development and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) plans.
  • Support change management activities, including training and documentation.
  • Monitor project deliverables to ensure compliance with business requirements.
  • Analyze market trends and regulatory changes impacting the business domain.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of business processes, requirements, and system functionalities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering & experience in Finance, Information Systems (ERP-Infor-Sun, Oracle etc..), or related field.
  • Conduct detailed gap analysis and feasibility studies to support solutions or design.
  • Analyse the issues reported in IT system, provide proactive support to Business to resolve the IT issues, including training and documentation.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques and documentation tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.

Profile required

Accounting & Finance

  • Knowledge in Amortization, Deferred Cost, Accrued Income & Expenses
  • Depreciation Process, Accounting Life Cycle.
  • General Accounting / Lease Accounting – IFRS 16
  • Inventory Accounts Management
  • Accounts Controls Management and Reporting
  • Any relevant Finance Certification are preferable.
