Graduate Programme in Asia Pacific

Strong emphasis is placed on your learning and development, you will benefit from a comprehensive and structured curriculum throughout the Graduate Programme where you will continuously develop your technical, inter-personal and leadership skills.

As part of the program you will have the support of a buddy and mentor along with access to Human Resources Business Partner’s and Business leaders for coaching and advice. You will also gain exposure with Senior Management through a range of valuable networking opportunities.

One of the key differentiators of our Graduate Programme is learning through rotations, where you will have the opportunity for 2-3 rotations during the programme to gain hands on experience before moving into a long term job placement at the end of the programme.
