a. Situational judgement (untimed) – an assessment that asks you to respond to work-based scenarios via an instant messaging simulation.

One-way Video Interview
You’ll need to complete a one-way video interview. We recommend that you find a quiet environment and give yourself around 30 minutes in one sitting to complete this stage.

Engagement Day and Group Assessment (selected roles only)
You’ll be invited to a virtual engagement day to learn more about us and participate in a group exercise which will be assessed in line with our values and the role’s relevant competencies.

Final Interview
