Lead Business Analyst - KYC
Responsibilities
The Product Manager is responsible for creating maximum business value of the Product through optimal customer, driver and employee experiences using web, mobile as well as other digital innovations. In the Product Organization we are striving to create “knowledge workers” or rather “knowledge product Managers”. This implies that they are not only bound to repetitive and routine tasks, but by tasks that require high to moderate level of expertise in their business domain. The Product Manager is end2end responsible for driving value with their products from vision, through all phases to delivery and is accountable for the measurable success. The Product Manager is generally supported by a snr Product Manager, Product Lead or Head of Product.
Serve as the voice of the customer, driver, or employee.
Collaborate with your Business Owner, your (business) stakeholders, snr Product Managers and/or Product Lead and/or Head of Product during the visioning, concept development of a product, and compilation of the product strategy.
The product Manager defines the success metrics and the value it will deliver, based on input from business.
Have a fundamental understanding of the end-to-end customer experience, integrations, and dependencies.
Owns the product roadmap and work with stakeholders to ensure it fits the business goals and corresponds with the overall product roadmap
Collaborate with the Design team to create a value driven customer experience.
Develop scope and define backlog items (Initiative/Epic/Feature/User Story) that guide the Agile software development team.

Works with Engineering, ensuring the backlog contains appropriately detailed specifications for the product features and are clearly understood by the development teams.
- Continuously assess value, develop use cases, and prioritize stories, and epics, to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
- Solve product related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.
- Continuously align with Engineers and stakeholders on product build progress, delivery estimates and go-to market plan.
- Brings newly built products to market; report on benefits realization and KPI’s.
- Take appropriate action, based on data to ensure product adoption and success.
- Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product.
When required, get support from Senior Product Managers, Product Lead or Head of Products.
Required work experience
- More than 1 to 3 years’ experience in a product owner, product manager, business analyst or related role.
- More than 5 years’ work experience.
Proven track record of relevant expertise related to IT, Project Management and managing agile product teams.
