Responsibilities

To contribute to Ayvens’s sustainable growth and profitable business, the Global LOD1 NFR & Compliance Central team has been created to provide an efficient framework, and to enable the 1st Line of Defense (LOD1) to adequately identify, mitigate and monitor their non-financial risks on a day-to-day basis.

Within Ayvens, the Global LOD1 NFR & Compliance Central team oversees the global implementation, coordination, steering, and animation of (i) the identification and monitoring of operational risks (OR) and (ii) the Level 1 control framework, that mitigates such risks. The team is responsible for advising and supporting the Business and LOD1 managers, who are ultimately accountable for the proper monitoring and mitigation of the risks within their activities.

The department is also responsible for LoD1 compliance topics such as KYC process (Know Your Customer) implementing Anti Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing regulations.

With the creation of the department, an important transformation phase has been launched.

Description & main responsibilities

  • Together with the Senior Project Manager, build the Target Operating Model (TOM) of central KYC team (organization, processes, tools):
  • Organize workshops with experts to build the TOM
  • Build a roadmap with all the stakeholders to implement the TOM
  • Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Ensure that adherence between tasks is identified, that deadlines are realistic
  • Coordinate all the stakeholders to meet the deadlines
  • Ensure a clear and reliable communication within the project team and to the management
  • Design a communication plan to involve efficiently the 44 countries in the transformation
