Specialist Systems Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Printer Administration with Canon Uniflow, Pull Printing & Push printing knowledge.

Candidate with 8 years’ experience in Print Server administration & Configuration, Resolution, Client troubleshooting and Fixing Printing related issues.

Role Description:

Ø  Operation of the Canon UNIFLOW solution

Ø  Knowledge of Pull printing solution, PUSH printing and Windows server 2016 & above

Ø  Architecture of the Printing infrastructure.

Ø  Monitoring, Patches, or the upgrade of version of the Print solution

Ø  Monitoring Printing Infra & printing services and remediations.

Ø  Printer Queue management

Ø  Must have experience in server build & configuration of Printing Applications\solutions.

Ø  Study, learn & Implement new Printing solution.

Ø  Migration of Existing Printing Infra to new Printing solution (Cloud, Uniflow etc..)

Ø  Incident & change management for Printing Activity.

Responsible for handling Incident and Request Management. Participate in Change and Problem Management.

Additional Skills:

Ø  Excellent communication skills

Ø  Good Documentation skills.

Good to Have Skills:

Ø  Windows Server 2016/2019 administration

Ø  Automation / scripting skills.

Ø  ITIL Foundation
