ABOUT THE JOB:
The aim of Global Banking Technology & Operations (GBTO) Canada is to deliver day-to-day services to Société Générale investment and corporate bank units and their clients to accelerate their transformation. GBTO differentiates itself from competitors with the pace of the agile transformation delivered, spreading the technology and data culture, shortening the decision-making process, and adopting a true industrial approach, leveraging on different teams either transversal or aligned to the different sub business units.
This is a central position as you will work alongside your business and the Business analyst team in an Agile organization working alongside the DEV team. You will assist with thew implementation of new project or new feature in a complex and dynamic system information used by the investment banking.

- Contribute to change management plans, participating in various activities like readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation, and sustainment of initiatives.
- Gather user requirements to ensure solutions align with business needs.
- Specify the solutions to be implemented.
- Coordinate the execution of test cases, contributing to execution when necessary.
- Work on prioritized tasks alongside your team and the Project Owner.
- Engage in dynamic projects aimed at reviewing and simplifying the equity business architecture.
- Apply your strong technology, analytical, and communication skills.

Key Skills Required:
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years as a Business Analyst in Investment Banking, with the ability to transform business functionality.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Client Focus: Orientation towards client satisfaction, with the ability to learn quickly and perform under high pressure.
- Team Orientation: Be adaptable, team-oriented, and capable of thriving in a changing environment.

Languages: French and English
Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is a requirement as the person in this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners in the United States.
