Hello, I'm Sabrina, I'm part of the Innovation team at the service of the Group's employees, as a Scrum Master, and I am also a Well-Being Mentor for overwhelmed mothers. My job, in the team I'm part of, which works like an incubator, is to offer three services. The first one is to determine the potential of an idea, i.e. we're going to use the idea of an initiative carrier to create a product vision. The second step is precisely to develop this product vision, and the third step will be to pass this MVP, this product, this first product designed, to a much larger team for industrialisation. For all this, I'm inspired by existing practices, such as agility, Scrum Guide, but also the Lean UX, which consists of creating a product before asking for feedback. And as we are in an innovation business, we also use a lot of Design Thinking. My experience at Societe Generale also helps me a lot with my network, because as we innovate, we create things that do not exist. It's always interesting to be able to search for a contact, to be able to go, and perhaps to look for a person who has done similar things, to get inspired, and to continue to monitor subjects we have to deal with. What I like most about my job is that I simply love it. It's a job that I chose and that I built in my image. It is also a job that makes sense to me, simply because it also meets my personal commitments, i.e. to consume better, to consume differently, and to consume responsibly. Also, the must, it is that I can work in a stable team, a team that knows each other well, that is, we know how to achieve our goals, but we also fool around together. So working in a good mood and with joy is possible, as well as being efficient and productive. For me, a good Scrum Master is a person who knows how to federate a team around a common objective. To do this, you have to be attentive to the members of the team. It is also necessary to know when to take a step back, to have a thorough knowledge of the practices and tools used, and to understand them in order to be able to pass them on. It is also a person who knows when to be a risk-taker, and who is trusting. So, to a candidate who wishes to join Societe Generale, I would tell that the Group is big, that the topics are numerous, diverse and various, and there is a digital transformation taking place. So, we use new technologies and new practices to give IS a facelift. In the Group, being a mother is not an obstacle. It's even rather well received, in the sense that it has no impact on my professional development. In fact, during the first lockdown, it was the Group that offered me to be in childcare, and I was able to accept without guilt, knowing it would have no impact.
